Refund and Returns Policy
Since each product is custom-made using print-on-demand technology, ran by Printify. returns or exchanges are not accepted for incorrect sizes, colors, or changes of mind.
Eligible Cases for Replacement or Refund
A replacement or refund may be issued if:

The product arrives damaged.

A manufacturing error occurs.

The wrong item is received.
To report these issues, contact: titanwilliamsofficial@gmail.com or via DM’s on Instagram @titanwilliams within 30 days of delivery and include a clear photo showing the issue. If multiple items are affected, include them all in one photo (or video).
Resolution Process

A replacement can be sent at no additional cost, or a refund can be issued. Refunds are returned to the original payment method once confirmed. The damaged item does not need to be returned.
Important Notes

Refunds or replacements are not available for items ordered in the wrong size, color, or design. Please review your order carefully before checkout.

Minor variations (up to 0.5” in print placement) are considered normal and not defects.

For unsuccessful deliveries (e.g., incorrect address), a reprint may be requested for an additional fee or a partial refund may be issued. see link provided for printify's statement. (How does Printify handle refunds and returns?)
