Refunds & Returns

Refund and Returns Policy

 

Since each product is custom-made using print-on-demand technology, ran by Printify. returns or exchanges are not accepted for incorrect sizes, colors, or changes of mind. 

 

Eligible Cases for Replacement or Refund

 

A replacement or refund may be issued if:

 

  • The product arrives damaged.

  • A manufacturing error occurs.

  • The wrong item is received.

 

To report these issues, contact: titanwilliamsofficial@gmail.com or via DM’s on Instagram @titanwilliams within 30 days of delivery and include a clear photo showing the issue. If multiple items are affected, include them all in one photo (or video).

 

Resolution Process

 

  • A replacement can be sent at no additional cost, or a refund can be issued. Refunds are returned to the original payment method once confirmed. The damaged item does not need to be returned.

 

Important Notes

 

  • Refunds or replacements are not available for items ordered in the wrong size, color, or design. Please review your order carefully before checkout.

  • Minor variations (up to 0.5” in print placement) are considered normal and not defects.
